4WD ADVENTURER
The 4WD Adventurer Blog was started to be a useful resource to others that are looking at getting out there and exploring this amazing country of Australia that we are lucky enough to live in. Providing useful information on building a 4WD for touring, overlanding, towing and even just those weekend trips. We have been documenting everything that we have done to build our 4WD, 76 (70) Series Toyota Land Cruiser, to be the ultimate touring 4WD. As we learn things along the way and the mistakes that we have made, we share these stories to hopefully make your decisions a little easier.
For any of the adventures we have been lucky enough to experience, we share how we planned for these trips, what you need to do to get there, and useful information about these places. As we use a lot of different gear we also share stories about what gear we love, and we what we dislike. We provide our honest feedback on the gear we think is great, including what it costs, after we have spent enough time actually using it. On top of this, everyone loves a good camp meal, so we continue to share some really simple and easy to cook camping recipes. There are plenty of camp cooking recipes online that are amazing but require a ridiculous amount of cooking experience. We try and keep our camp cooking ideas and recipes as simple as possible.
